A spacious fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads out onto a timber decked courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining with BBQ facilities. Air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom and hydronic central heating throughout the whole house will ensure your comfort.

At the front of the house, the first bedroom has a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed. For those travelling on business this bedroom also has a handy built in desk. The second bedroom, perfect for children or singles has two single beds. There are built in robes in each bedroom as well as pedestal fans for your comfort. Upstairs, the master bedroom with queen bed is a private oasis. Enjoy the TV and DVD whilst relaxing in air conditioned comfort. The  comfortable beds and quality linen in all bedrooms should help you sleep soundly.

There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and also a European style laundry under the stairs with washing machine and dryer.
