A balcony opens out from the living area and adds to the living space - food can be easily prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, and then enjoyed in the fresh air, on your outdoor table.

    There is also a concealed laundry with trough, reverse cycle airconditioning and heating, audio video intercom, TV as well as a security entrance and car park, and two lifts.
