    This lovely, Victorian styled, fully furnished house in South Melbourne has been lovingly restored with contemporary enhancements to combine both charm and modern convenience.

    Napier Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Upon request the queen bed can be made into 2 single beds. There is a delightful, modern bathroom with shower and vanity which is also equipped with a washer/dryer machine for your convenience. The sparkling white kitchen is well equipped for guests who like to cook. The comfortable, air conditioned living area offers an LCD television with DVD player and has large glass doors that open out onto a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a barbecue. Wireless broadband makes it easy to keep in touch with friends or business and local phone calls are also included.

    This light filled, serviced house in South Melbourne will easily accommodate 2 couples or a family looking for short stay accommodation for their next visit to Victoria.     Napier Cottage is fabulously located 2km south of the city, near Albert Park Lake and surrounding sporting facilities such as the Melbourne Sporting and Aquatic Centre and Grand Prix Track. The foreshore of Albert Park is also approx 2km away making Napier Cottage an ideal location between the city and the beach. An easy 5 minute walk to Clarendon Street offers you many options for a cup of coffee and good shopping facilities. The South Melbourne markets are a must do on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday each week.

    Napier Cottage is conveniently located for trams to the CBD, the casino, Southbank, Albert Park, St Kilda, South Melbourne Beach and even through to Lygon and Brunswick Streets on the other side of the city.
