The outdoor living space is fabulous with a BBQ and a great dining setting for 6. The house has a luxurious bath for relaxing in as well as a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity. There's also a spacious shower in the ensuite upstairs, also with a toilet and vanity. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs as well, one with 2 single beds and a desk, the other with a queen bed and both with a plenty of hanging and storage space.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, your own TV and individualy controlled reverse cycle air conditioning/heating unit. You will have plenty of storage via walk through robes, which lead through to the ensuite and out onto a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a coffee and read your morning paper in absolute privacy.
The Glass House is conveniently located 2km south of the city, near Albert Park Lake and surrounding sporting facilities such as the Melbourne Sporting and Aquatic Centre and the Australian Grand Prix Track. The foreshore of Albert Park is also approx 2km away making The Glass House an ideal location between the city and the beach. An easy 5 minute walk to Clarendon Street offers you many options for a cup of coffee and good shopping facilities. The South Melbourne markets are a must do on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday.
