A dedicated, in-house team of housekeepers attend to the detail that sets Boutique Stays apart from it’s competition. Our housekeepers are professionally trained and supervised to deliver a high quality and consistent level of cleaning services throughout every property. Testament to this is an annual cleaning rating from our guests of 9.3 out of 10.
‘The cleanliness of and upkeep of the property was really clean and at a high standard. Even the little things, such as providing us with pots/pans, serving platters, and Tupperware was really a nice touch. There was plenty of cleaning products along with sponges and paper towels which we appreciated.’
A detailed spring clean is conducted every six months to ensure each property is presented at its optimum, this includes mattress cleaning. Quality bed linen is provided in each Boutique Stay property, which is maintained by a reputable, commercial laundry. Upon request, the Boutique Stays team can arrange for a mid-stay cleaning service.

The housekeeping team are trained to identify and report any property maintenance requirements which are managed by the Boutique Stays Property Managers.
