Alamode

Alamode is a light, bright and contemporary terrace home fronted with a Victorian façade featuring two toned bricks , white fretwork and a quaint formal entrance garden.

Featuring 2 bedrooms, a Japanese staircase, an open plan mezzanine second living area, and a step down living area with a 2 storied wall of windows, this property has the wow factor.

Located downstairs is a good sized bedroom with a queen bed, an ornamental fireplace and plenty of wardrobe space. Down the hall you will find a powder room and a fully tiled marble fitted bathroom which has a bath, additional toilet and a shower backing onto a light well as well as laundry facilities.

The floor level drop 2 steps and opens up into the open plan, fully equipped Bosch equipped kitchen, dining & living area which features the soaring wall of windows which admits all day natural light and features electric outside tilt shutters for the upper windows. The doors open up to allow the outside courtyard to become another living area and it has seating for 4 and a gas BBQ.

The unique Japanese block staircase leads you up to the 2nd level where you will find a mezzanine 2nd living space, which has a ½ wall (approx 900m high), overlooking the downstairs living area. The second bedroom is compact and features a split queen bed and hanging space.

If you are looking for a fabulous unique property for your holiday or corporate stay, located 2km south of the CBD, Alamode is great choice. You can stroll across the street to get all your fresh food and delicatessen items from the South Melbourne market which is approx 200m away or you can catch the tram into the city, which takes less than 5 minutes. The beach and the suburb of Port Melbourne is approx a 5 minute drive away.
