Central Park is an exquisitely renovated luxurious property on the city fringe that represents the very essence of high end accommodation in Melbourne. With 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, this pet friendly, terraced home retains its original character while offering alluring features including wooden floorboards, a feature staircase and flawless bathrooms.

 

Opening the front door you will find the first of 2 living zones with an exposed brick backdrop framing the feature staircase, a spacious and thoughtful meals area, an entertainer’s kitchen, powder room and euro laundry followed by an good sized family or second living area room for the larger family.

 

A centrally located skylight is the visual centerpiece for the generous living areas downstairs. Upstairs, the first floor is complete with 3 generous bedrooms all with generous built in robes and  air-conditioning/heating, a main bathroom with bath and shower and a roomy ensuite that accompanies the master bedroom.

 

The considerate design with sleeping quarters upstairs and the entertaining areas downstairs means that Central Park is perfect for both small and large families, corporates, relocations and for guests who have a strong desire for quality, attention to detail and extravagance. There is a bricked courtyard located off the living area with planter boxes and a table and chair setting.  This are doubles as the off street parking for 1 car, and offers access via a remote door.
